      Pros

      Started off with good training but like fire hose drinking. Nice to travel to Denver and Salt Lake City for training and testing. Must certify on products within 3 months. Great portfolio: voice, data, internet, cloud services and collocation offerings.

      Cons

      Positivity wore off within 6 months. Sales people were not able to turn expected sales and hit quotas. Reputation in the Vegas market isn't good for this company. Lots of barriers to overcome in spite of television advertisements for residential gig fiber. Sales people going after same accounts. Internal conflicts. Installations projected 90 - 120 days. Some people are still waiting after 6 months. Low morale.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Remote work, good health insurance

      Cons

      Lots of RIFs, poor technical leadership in the highest levels, lots of wasted money and resources on third party vendors and contractors to just abandon those projects or vendors in short order. Poorly thought out data management decisions. Company is trying their hardest to look like a modern tech company with modern values, but most of it is virtue signaling.
