      It has been more than four year I joined here and I can say here there is a fair chance of learning and prosper Not only with respect to technical expertise but also behavioral and interpersonal skills as well. Have not yet felt any impediment as all the co workers, lead and team mates are supportive.

      Cons

      I have learned a lot over last few years but has to move on for better opportunity .

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
