      Pros

      When it was Qwest great talented people around u. Now just ok.good working env. Large applications to learn end to end flows. pay is fine.

      Cons

      They r concentrating more on cost cutting now. So recruiting avg talented guys for cheap cost. No skip level meeting to identical the gaps. Managers r not accessible. Most of talented devs r left.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
