      Pros

      People in this company are fantastic with the exception of the SLT

      Cons

      New SLT really has a pie in the sky idea on how they are going to right the ship. Morale is at an all time low and they keep telling team that the next 2 years are going to be rough. I do NOT recommend coming here now. Feeling is that they are forcing people out with a bad comp plan, poor training and constantly asking for the same info that they will get them to leave without paying severance.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
