      Pros

      Good pay, unlimited time off, endless amount of training available on LMS, challenging work, great ERGs, wide range of roles available, awesome coworkers with many years of real experience willing to share.

      Cons

      Raises are inconsistent, no stock options for employees below Director level, no employee stock purchase plan, antiquated and demoralizing 9-block performance rating system.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
