      Above average pay, work isn't hard most days.

      Cons

      Painful degree of mismanagement, introducing AI to every level of the company from creating work orders to managing your daily work load. Job tickets will randomly appear, disappear and the software we use to manage them will randomly break at least once a week.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
