      clean,coworkers are a great team. over all standards and rules /regulations followed well.

      Cons

      very negative environment. majority of employees unhappy with mngmt. they can't keep a nurse manager for very long. no positive reinforcement. unsafe assignments manager made promise to help me through hardship and did nothing .

      Pros

      Worked in the ER. Coworkers were phenomenal, most providers were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. There can be cliqueish work environment.

      Cons

      Management is not very helpful. Many incidents with MH pt where staff was involved and then asked what they could have done differently to prevent said situation instead of assisting to take action against it happening again. Staff turnover is crazy and pay is not great, considering they are constantly hiring new travel RNs, yet paying their staff bare minimum.
