My experience with AAMC has been great. Nice people with excellent patient care.
Cons
Of course ALL jobs has CONS: But this one is not too big. We no longer get our employee discount at the cafe and the coffee shop. But I guess we all have to make sacrafices to be great!!!!!

Worked in the ER. Coworkers were phenomenal, most providers were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. There can be cliqueish work environment.
Cons
Management is not very helpful. Many incidents with MH pt where staff was involved and then asked what they could have done differently to prevent said situation instead of assisting to take action against it happening again. Staff turnover is crazy and pay is not great, considering they are constantly hiring new travel RNs, yet paying their staff bare minimum.
