Medical benefits are expensive and do not cover a lot, even when you are seen at AAMC (example: $150 copay for MRIs and CTs at AA Diagnostics). The benefits are much worse when you see a provider outside AAMC, which is often since AAMC does not offer a wide-range of specialists.
The tuition reimbursement is only $3,000 for graduate studies - this does not promote higher education for employees.
The various units/departments do not work well together, which negatively impacts not only the employee experience but also the patient experience.
