Over the past two years, we have implemented additional programs to help our employees find opportunities within the organization. This includes internal career fairs and Expanding Horizons, which features a work/study program. We also offer tuition assistance, certification bonuses and training and workshops including Microsoft Office, LEAD Academy, management classes, resume writing and interviewing tips.
