Pros
Benefits. Pay is just ok, but definitely could be better. The commute.
Cons
At times you wont even get a break. Many times had to take personal lunch back home or eat in the car on the way home from work. Management is unprofessional and sexist. Barely any time off. Miserable, immature, nosy and catty employees who use racial slurs regularly. Over worked and under paid. No growth opportunities. Management and HR only hire their family and friends, showing favoritism to them and them only. After awhile it becomes a very uncomfortable work environment. Management does not address your personal concerns. They view you as the problem. Expected to be available to work when ever they want you to due to hospital workers being "essential employees". This place does not respect their employees. They cannot keep quality employees... Its a revolving door! Oh and they pay you what they want to pay you not what you deserve because they are a "private" hospital not operated by the state.
