      Pros

      I love the employees,patiences,managers and supervisors and the nurses are wonderful people there are everywhere you go in the hospital

      Cons

      nurses could be more careful so that they could be more of a role model to other employees when it comes to contact patients especially they have to think about themselves and their familys too and the people around them that work with them

      Pros

      Worked in the ER. Coworkers were phenomenal, most providers were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. There can be cliqueish work environment.

      Cons

      Management is not very helpful. Many incidents with MH pt where staff was involved and then asked what they could have done differently to prevent said situation instead of assisting to take action against it happening again. Staff turnover is crazy and pay is not great, considering they are constantly hiring new travel RNs, yet paying their staff bare minimum.
