Pros
A ton of autonomy to work on what you please. Also to me, the largest perk was the type of people I was working with. Nearly all were very interesting and smart!
Cons
The work can sometimes feel random and not well planned. Additionally, if you don't work on the product team, there's a general feeling that you're less of a priority.
