Pros
Relatively easy to ask company questions through the app if needing assistance or have questions regarding pt care or documentation. Also nice to be able to do on the side if working full or part time elsewhere.
Cons
Depending on the location, it's hard to justify the hourly rate if dealing with traffic even in short distances etc. They do help with the backend work and insurance which is of course helpful and appreciated, but still difficult to justify for the time being put into the job. Different than home health and considered an independent contractor so aren't receiving benefits either.
