      Approachable managers, no micro-management, open minded atmosphere with many opportunities for value adding projects

      Cons

      Many managers have been working there for 25+ years and might not fully be up-to-date on what a modern organizational chart should look like in order to have a team built for future success. Very heavy workload with hesitance to add resources.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
