      Pros

      Nice workmates and work environment (especially the gym and the swimming pool); Good salary for student assistant; Great reputation in Denmark job market; Great visual and written communication practice across global orgnization.

      Cons

      The step-in is too fast for students to understand the basic organizational structure and the work flow; sometimes workload could be quite heavy and repetitive, sometimes it could be too light; without a clear career path from the student assistant to the full-timer.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
