      Pros

      Good salaries, benefits, fleet options. Call points are only specialist, which is good. Company shuts down last week of the year.

      Cons

      Incentive trip is a black tie event to Denmark 8 overlapping partners for 1 brand is a minimum B/c of contractual agreements 8 calls per day is the expected average....not enough targets / tripping over partners. Otsuka and Lundbeck prescription data inconsistent for targets. Lundbeck shows 5 scripts / Otsuka shows 21 scripts for the same target for Rexaulti.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
