Pros
Allowed to run your territory as a business. Flexibility to manage schedule and get the business you needed. Good management at lower levels. There knowledge of products, and the needs of account managers was excellent.
Cons
The compensation was at the lower end of the industry. Pipeline weak in certain areas. Upper management vision questionable for all members. Limited opportunity for any advancement.
