      Pros

      Real pharmaceutical company that has many dedicated and qualified people who are genuinely interested in making a difference, lots of great people

      Cons

      Treated as another regional sales office by corporate HQ in Denmark while responsible for majority of revenue. Declining into big pharma where good people leave for better opportunity and those that remain become mouthbreathers. Individual talent not recognized and moral suffers.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
