      Connection to parent company, Lundbeck in Copenhagen DK - offers many opportunities for working in critical areas of neuroscience / psychiatry / drug development as well as travel, networking and collaboration. Due to influence of the Danish workplace culture, much attention is given to personal development and well-being.

      Cons

      Tough time to be in pharma - as in many similar workplaces, concerns about stability and longevity.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
