      management is focused on working with the salesforce...pipeline is full of products to fuel the company's future growth. career pathways are available for upward movement

      Cons

      there has been, and will continue to be a lot of structural changes as the company continues to grow and define its US presence in the marketplace. I have had 3 new managers in 18 months.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
