CEO Vinita Gupta is a really strong leader. There are a. few good leaders in the company but they are getting harder to find as good people are being fired and replaced by under qualified cronies.

Current Site Leader in Somerset is a cancer that has destroyed the culture what used to be a good place to work. Bad decision after bad decision from Site Leader who blames others for his own mistakes and poor judgement. Lack of integrity. No work life balance. Expect to be yelled at. No respect for company core values. No job security. Expect the be undermined and replaced. No professional development. There is a reason people are leaving.
