Pros
50% discount, great values, staff are incredibly supportive and friendly, the pay is good for a retail job- it doesn't matter what age you are, everyone is treated as an equal and even if you're 16 you will earn £8.45 an hour. In my experience the most you will be asked to work is 4 days a week, spread over a 32 hour contract, with the option to take on one extra day of overtime a week when available.
Cons
This isn't really a con to the employees at Lush as most staff know what they are signing up for and what the role entails but I can understand why slightly more introverted personalities would be put off by it. Lush has a 5* customer service policy, which requires every single customer that walks through the door to be approached and demo'd on with great enthusiasm. If you aren't much of a people person then this job might not be for you!
