Pros

50% discount Always looking for something to do Lots of characters to work with Easy to make friends Great training which you get paid for Hosted a Christmas party They make sure you are up to date on newest products

Cons

You can get lost among the other "louder" employees especially when it comes down to who they keep on. The ones who got on better with the supervisors were kept on, regardless of how well you were doing. Didn't give clear directions on certain things like closing up the shop, I found that people that were there longer got on with it but new people were kind of left to try and do things themselves I didn't like checking in because they would make you try and memorise names and ingredients of items in the store including the code numbers...of everything Given shifts randomly rather than asking what you can do People who worked full time or had more free time to work extra shifts were favoured - while I was a uni student I couldn't devote all my time to them

Pros

Excellent inclusive company culture, employee discount, learning about natural ingredients for skincare, genuinely great and engaged team members, flexible work schedule for part time or casual positions.

Cons

High amount of work, unreasonable "evidence driven" feedback and coaching models, and unrealistic performance metrics for comically low pay, especially for floor coordinators. No additional pay given for specialty roles, which is many enhanced responsibilities over a specific area of the business, and little opportunity for career growth beyond the sales floor unless you are hired from an external management position. Floor Coordinator seems to be the highest rung most people can hit before being driven elsewhere.
