      Pros

      A lot depends on the project. I was lucky with mine, and the overall conditions were good. The company provided all the necessary equipment, and access issues were resolved quickly. They also handle all relocation and paperwork, which makes the process much easier. The HR team does a great job and is very supportive.

      Cons

      However, the bonus system is not very transparent. In practice, bonuses often depend more on whether your manager favors you rather than on the actual results of your work.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
