      Pros

      Big Company - a number of projects, opportunities, internal training center (Moscow location), good processes. You will raise not only your programming skills, but also IT projects organization knowledge.

      Cons

      There is a risk you enter a bad project. A project which is in some pending state, a project evaluated together with developers from one Asian country (you know), a project with bad management. You never know in advance. Managers will never tell you on interview. Then its time to move on.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
