      Pros

      * Outsorce job, therefore deadlines are rare. Good work-life balance. You may work even less than 8 hours a day here. * Easy to be hired, and experience can be pretty much good. Luxoft is a client of lots of different multi-national banks and organisations. You may be able to gain great experience here inspite being an average developer. * Offers relocation to other countries. * Health insurance, fitness compensation, foreign language cources

      Cons

      * Bad office: a lot of noice, no meeting rooms. * Outsource work may be dull and boring. It heavily depends on the project. * No one cares about people here. You are just a part of the system.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
