      Pros

      This is good place for you if you come to long-time project as Lead or Architect. The company ready to pay enough money for experience and skills for improving working process.

      Cons

      There is a very organized HR department. So if you have a junior position or you have signed short-term contract, you should be ready to lose your job in two days. If you want to increase your income, the best way is to leave the company and then come back for new position. Frankly speaking this is the only one way to increase your salary

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
