Pros
Very dependable on the project, as usually with vendors. You won't get fired because of the cost savings on the internal projects, compared to banks and such. Luxoft will always try to keep you if you lost your project, there's a feature called internal mobility and it has their own mobility managers who will guide you and help you. Insurance is usually pretty good. Everything else, like work ethics and such is REALLY dependable on the project, so keep that in mind. Relocation options are pretty great.
Cons
Very small relocation package and almost zero support during the process. As I mentioned, work ethics, work/life balance and other issues can pop up depending on the project you'll get.
