      Pros

      The office building is great.

      Cons

      Managers behave like a slave owner, you must do absolutely everything they ask of you or else get fired. They will also break every company value with no consequence. Nobody cares about your development, when you can no longer fulfill your role, they will fire you without any notice. "Successful" colleagues are very good at digging other colleagues who they find threatening. Internal Mobility is just another con, the program is not intended to benefit the employee, it is a platform for slave trading between slave owners. There is no work/life balance, you must work till death.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
