      Pros

      I have to put something here so let it be: -multisport card

      Cons

      -they treat SCRUM as religion. -very low salary -people from my team were not much "friendly". Ok, it's work and we are not there to make friends, but when somebody is on JUNIOR position and the system in the project is complex more experienced guys should not completely leave him -project manager was completely not interested. I don't know what he was doing there. Ahh, after one month he show up in the office and says that he has feedback from another guy that I don't "ask questions".

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
