      Pros

      A lot of projects allows to get an experience in different areas and to use various technologies. Usually managers are friendly and company provides great work/life balance. The good salary comppensation in low-cost locations such as Omsk, Dnepro and others.

      Cons

      Some times there are no enough challenge and low efficiency of the process. The carrier promotion of technical people is not transparent. Usually customers do not involve outsourcers into the technology challenged and business critical projects.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
