      Pros

      As a manager I am independent in making my decisions. I encourage my colleagues to be a professional and take responsibility for their actions an results. The results are very good as the client is very satisfied with our relationship. I have a very good relationship with my peers and my manager. We can work from home. We get days off for the official holidays occurring during the weekends. Many more days off. We have a long list of benefits.

      Cons

      We are a services company hence many of our projects are for client's team extensions. Thankfully, we have a significant number of fixed price projects.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
