      Pros

      Luxoft has a variety of very interesting projects that are on the cutting edge of technology. Luxoft colleagues have a high degree of expertise in areas such as automotive innovation (driverless cars, infotainment systems, etc.), analytics, internet of things, robotics, AI, and machine learning. Projects are fast paced and new opportunities become available regularly. Health benefits in the USA are quite good.

      Cons

      Luxoft was purchased by DXC but retains its own brand. This can cause some confusion in the use of internal systems.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
