Pros
They will assign one laptop that's it.
Cons
1. No Job security. ( if you get a project in 3 months you are safe otherwise you are fired.) 2. Lot of irrelevant internal project interviews. 3. Not much employee engaging environment. Here no body treats you that you are already an internal employee all the internal interviews are like cracking a new job and depends on the interviewer attitude. I would suggest come here only if you already have a project from India otherwise try other companies.(Even Indian salaries are also better now a days no need to come.)
