      Pros

      Great support, Great technology, Great compensation, good benefits, stellar work/life balance, great communication with Luxoft-side management and HR. I had a great experience in the thorough vetting process, where the job I originally applied for and interviewed for ended up going to an internal employee - however Luxoft advocated for me in a few other roles where my skills matched and I ended up with a far better job than I originally applied for.

      Cons

      I personally don't have any cons. The only thing I've read here is that many people are not reassigned elsewhere once an assignment ends. I hope this will not be the case for me.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
