      They provide as much salary u want

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? After induction program first one month will be good. then you will be asked to learn Jurassic era technology and if u refuse it and still be in bench, then u will be terminated with three months NP. The major thing is HRs and Managers don't do any work and they put all the blame on employee forcing him to leave the company. it's about time somebody sue them

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
