      Pros

      Fast Hiring Process Salary is high for Spain market

      Cons

      - I was on probation Period, and I didn't have any 1:1 with my manager or the project manager and then they fire me saying that my performance was not good, how I was supposed to know that i'm not doing well if I have no feedback? - They have a fast hiring process but it's not guaranteed that they will have a project for you, took me almost 2 months to have a project, then I stay 1 month in a internal project so when I reach 3 months (probation period) they fire me as I said above. - HR is also messy they don't know how to give correct information - My buddy was not present on my day-day work

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
