      Pros

      - Relocation as they help to get a work permit and helps to relocate you to Poland - Udemy/Oriely Training on request - Multi-Sport card and Health Insurance

      Cons

      - Relocation without Flights Tickets, and for many, not even Accommodation was provided - Hiring the wrong candidate when they clearly know the candidate does not match with any of the projects where critical domain knowledge is mandatory - Advance Hiring, where Hiring candidates without a project and putting them on probation period - No proper planning and leaving the employee's career in the air - they are ready to hire 100's and fire the same amount to replace - Udemy/Oriely accounts on request that too for a specific period, and You need a justification to request again.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
