Pros

Provide relocation support like visa sponsorship but not flight tickets , you have to book it by your own

Cons

1. short term projects 2. You have to give lots of interview rounds within organization for getting another project and most of the time client put position on hold, sometime managers will not answer. Means they just waste your time. 3. They will not provide you appraisals if your project ended within the month or after one month of appraisals. Means your whole effort vanished. ( if you work for a year with in a project and your project ended even after one month of appraisal cycle . They will not provide you any hike and they have some silly reasons for that. 4. They are just doing body shopping and they are hire and fire company with some short term projects so if you have good technical skills and good experience then trust me this is not a good choice for you.

Pros

- Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

Cons

- Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
