      Pros

      have a proper mentorship for learning another skill, the best trainee program (murex included), the overwhelming support to resolve issues internally, and The best-sharing knowledge internally by far.

      Cons

      Since was absorbed by DXC the compensation rate is down, the promotion is frozen, and the payrolls are too high, HR is lacking to prepare for future layoffs, and constant uncertainty when you finish a project. HR lacks of scope to move resources, barely makes an effort to convince the client all is over the seniors, I respect project managers .

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
