      Pros

      - They are so good at organizing your relocation. - Friendly environment with good banking projects and more - They have a good mobility team for your card application and renewable processes. - You can find a lot of project opportunities, if you feel it is not fitting. - You have personal line manager that helps you when you have problems or get stuck. - They also provide you new relocation opportunities if your role fits in the next destination.

      Cons

      - They can be a bit more competitive with salary but 2 years passed over, it must have been improved for sure.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
