They still pay salary without delays
Cons
Projects are getting worse: much more legacy. Something no vendors want to pick up. Local management is not paying attention to employees needs (you can leave the company, we will hire another guy from another country and will pay him less). No one cares about losing the expertise. No salary increase during the last 3 years. You can't improve anything in your career: managers will tell you how important you are, but they can do nothing to raise your salary or improve your position. No Luxoft branding anymore, only faceless DXC. No benefits for employees who take part in external events and improve Luxoft (DXC) recognition.
