Long Days 9 - 6 M-F and rotating Saturday’s Managing call reps with upper managements lack of care or “what have you done for me today attitude”caused consistent turnover. Upper management was lackluster, unable to communicate clearly and only focused on weekly numbers. Too much of a micro outlook. A bad environment for diversity and inclusion as upper management spoke very derogatorily about many aspects of employees. This will sound general for a sales company but They will lie, cheat, and steal to make and save a buck.
