- management listens to corporate rather than listening to the team who has experience with the operational issues on day to day basis - face to face support: You'll see drivers from all walks of life. So don't be surprised if you get yelled at, threaten, or belittled. That is when your not teaching the drivers the different between what an email or text message is. Or teaching them how to send an email. This job requires very much of you with pay that is not sufficient.

You can easily make $20 an hour working when you want.

Cons

Sometimes there are unexpected slow times you count on and don't make your goal. Also have to get used to GPS and be proactive with directions
