      Knowledgeable people, mostly easy to work with Interesting problems to work on Typically good work/life balance, though that may be changing especially since the layoffs

      Cons

      I question whether management have a clear and realistic long term vision in mind Things change very rapidly, which, again, seems to indicate poor long-term vision and direction

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
