      Low salary, no high salary anymore. Terrible culture, every day every team member is playing the game for I am better than you keep decreasing salary Management PUA They changed CEO

      Pros

      Academic environment that has a lot of interesting science problems from mapping, optimization, plus all the usual user metrics. Rewarding and complex problems that often have a lo t of tradeoff.

      Cons

      For how good the ICs are, leadership is equally bad. Just riddled with poor decisions top/down. Also given the current state, Uber is just too strong of a competitor and you feel that pressure every day.
