      Having a part time schedule Was able to speak into what my schedule looked like really enjoyed my colleagues and managers

      metrics felt impossible at times to meet continuously changed up the strategy of how we communicated with drivers and riders

      You can easily make $20 an hour working when you want.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unexpected slow times you count on and don't make your goal. Also have to get used to GPS and be proactive with directions
