      Business is in a different place than it was several years ago. Lack of new business line diversification is limiting upward trajectory, both individually and for the company. Culture has suffered as layoffs abound.

      You can easily make $20 an hour working when you want.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unexpected slow times you count on and don't make your goal. Also have to get used to GPS and be proactive with directions
