      Sometimes you meet fun people and creativity is encouraged.

      Cons

      The organization is incredibly biased. Odd for a company whose culture is supposed to be for diversity. Underpaid. The higher up that you go the less color that you see.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
